We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible(once payment is completed ). Here is what you can expect once your order is confirmed:

All delivery time estimates are calculated in business days, Monday through Friday, and do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your package has been scanned by the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow up to one additional business day for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Insurance Requirement:

Refunds for lost or damaged orders are only available to customers who purchased Shipping Insurance at checkout. If Shipping Insurance was not selected, we are unable to process refund requests for these circumstances.

Refund Processing:

Once a refund is approved and all necessary verification is complete, we will initiate the refund for the full transaction amount or the applicable item value.

Chargeback Policy:

We take chargebacks very seriously. Before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, we kindly ask that you contact our support team first so we can work toward a resolution. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in the customer being restricted from purchasing on Purerawzus.com and potentially flagged across other online vendors. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity and will share relevant order information with other vendors when necessary to protect all parties involved.

Product Dissatisfaction:

While we do not accept standard returns, we understand that circumstances can change. If you are unsatisfied with a product and can provide a reasonable explanation, we will review your case and may issue a full refund at our discretion in line with our terms and conditions.

Optional Returns:

Customers may choose to return an item if they wish, though this is entirely optional. In most cases, damaged products do not need to be returned. If a return is initiated, please note that there is a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Courier transit for returned items typically takes 10 to 15 business days to reach us.

Order Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order before it has been collected by the courier, please contact us immediately through our contact page and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, we cannot guarantee interception. Should you still wish to return the item at that stage, a 15% restocking fee will apply and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
